Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which the Buyer may request a refund for printed poster purchases made through the website www.averyano.com.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement and applies to all purchases made through the website.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms agreement with this Policy.
1.3. Seller: Sole Proprietor Kris Borysenko, ID: 3489610716.
2. Eligibility for Refund
2.1. Refunds are available only for payments made via bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) processed through Monopay.
2.2. A refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment if the order has not yet been shipped.
2.3. If the order has already been shipped, refunds are only granted in the case of damage incurred during delivery.
2.4. In case of a damaged poster, the Buyer may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement of the same item.
2.5. Refunds are issued only to the original payment card used.
3. Request Procedure
3.1. To request a refund, the Buyer must email hello@averyano.com within 24 hours of payment (for unshipped orders) or within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product.
3.2. For damaged items, photo evidence of the packaging and product must be included.
3.3. The following information must be provided:
- Full name
- Email address used during purchase
- Phone number
- Reason for refund request
- Last 4 digits of the payment card
- Clear photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
4. Review and Processing Time
4.1. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days upon receipt of all required information.
4.2. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to deny a refund if:
- The request is submitted late
- The information provided is incomplete or unverifiable
- The product is not damaged and was delivered as described
